This honestly changed my life! My sister and I have a lot of cats and their hair plus ours its so hard to clean. We have to clean our floors at least twice a day and we were starting to get back pain. I decided to try this vacuum because we were desperate and i have to say it really does the job. We just move it from one floor to the other and we don’t have to worry about the floors anymore. It vacuums perfectly, it gets rid of pet hair, our hair, litter, etc.The mop is really good even if it is not the BEST, it works really good for us because we keep our floors cleanish most times, so it does the job to help you keep everything looking good, but we have noticed that when we wait until our floors are really dirty (usually the kitchen, after cooking, spilling food and doing the dishes) it doesn’t leave the floor 100% clean, you still need to mop a little but this little buddy it still a BIG help. I think it depends on your lifestyle and what you need.

I’ve had this little robot vacuum for 5 1/2 months now and Im obsessed. I have 3 high-shedding dogs (one is Husky/Akita/Gsd/Chow mix so you can imagine).. and this thing is a lifesaver. Yes, the mopping is useless but honestly most self-mopping gadgets aren’t really cleaning your floors because they will never be able to scrub like you can! I had people mentioning roomba and shark left and right but I just cant drop $500+ on a mini vacuum. This is hands down one of the best purchases I’ve ever made and I have to mop a whole lot less. Its not perfect- It takes its time trying to find ‘home’ and it isnt going to vacuum in an orderly fashion but it gets the job DONE. I cant usually stand walking barefoot on my hardwood but after running this I would gladly lay on the floor. I will definitely be buying a second one when I have the extra money. Love love love!

Exceptional job vacuuming on ceramic tile no problems getting everywhere thoroughly no getting stuck under things doesn’t get stuck on anything. No rugs no under couch even went under my recliner. Didn’t get stuck. Thorough job EVERYWHERE with vacuum. Wet floor mop pads always come off eventually & mop pads don’t stay real wet especially when doing tile and running over area rugs in the process.. and i had several light spills it totally missed completely. Does do around the edges of your cabinets in your kitchen floor very well. Does edges along walls very well on its own. It did vacuum all the dog hair out grooves of sliding door without getting caught. Did vacuum lots of dog hair without getting stuck. Watch with dog hair though cuz it gets wound up in sweep brushes easy. I didn’t like that but easy to remove brushes to pull hair off them. But because it doesn’t really do a very good job with mopping at all I would not buy it. If that is your priority. I will buy a more expensive one that does more scrubbing. If it goes across carpet while it’s doing floor you can forget about there being wet pad to do tile. It does use a good amount of water when it does the tile. It’s just when it runs across the area rugs. It doesn’t get wet on the mop pads again very well. So you would really have to block it from going on to your area rugs or maybe vacuum with it first and then the second time around use the mop part? Definitely don’t think it’s worth $400. I bought it on sale for $160 something. I’ll keep it for that but I would not pay the $400.

Context: We had a Eufy robovac ordered from Amazon in past. It lasted 3 years, and then we needed to replace it. I ordered this product because mop/vacuum combo sounded good, and it had decent reviews.Cons:-The intake brushes (the swirling brushes in the front that sweep debris into the center suction vent) were not working properly. The right one spun at a regular rate similar to my old Eufy robovac. The left one spun at 1/2 the rate. I tried charging the robovac longer. I tried switching the brushes from one side to the other. None of this resolved the discrepancy in the rate of spin of the brushes. The left side just wasn’t spinning at the correct rate.-Charging station. When I set up this station and the robovac tried to dock with it the front 2 circling intake brushes would knock aside the charging station, and then the robovac couldn’t dock with the station. I tried this 5-8 times, and each time the robovac knocked aside the charging station and couldn’t dock. It would knock it aside then back up then move forward to dock then knock the station aside then back up and move forward and attempt to dock again. This repeated until I turned off robovac.I had to hold the charging station down by my hand to make it heavy enough, so the robovac could not knock it aside and prevent docking. I would have had to add some weight to the top of the station to anchor it, so it would not get knocked around, but I did not have to do this with the Eufy robovac.-The mop function is not convenient nor is it ready for prime time. If you fill the mop cartridge with water, the robovac will roll over carpet and hard floor without discerning which area needs moping. You have to block off anything with carpet or roll up rugs, so the mop option doesn’t wet the carpet.I don’t have time to go the robovac and roll up carpet and set up barriers every day or however many times a week to allow the mop function to work. This was very inconvenient.Pros:-NoneI returned this robovac that same week it was delivered.
