The build quality is poor. There were a lot of scratches on the bar. Definitely not worth 499. The foam cushion on the handles has started slipping already. Making it difficult to roll. Not recommended at all. Don’t buy.Update. The cable broke in just a few curls.

Sturdy product for forearm development
I didn’t however like the built as it is made of hard plastic rubber grips provided in the bar handle so no pressure on your hands. Tried with several weights upto 5 kg. No issue it handles all so not returning the product. Rope clip has a bit of rusting probably because it was there in the warehouse or store for a long period of time, however it’s manageable.

Cheap quality but fulfils the purpose
The handle is made out dirt cheap hollow rod which is most rusted ,on which a loose grip of foam is attached which makes the rolling action useless. You need to do the adjustments to make the grip tight. Rest weight holder is of solid steel or iron and the cable also seems to be cheap nylon type..Verdict: if you find some good reviews on other rollers then go for them else choose this
