It proposes good features in theory, but does not fulfill the commitment. The dust collection sometime does not happen and when we forced it, it will say device not responding. Half of the dust it will drop at some random corners. When you dock, it almost goes around the house twice before docking, several times, i ended up carrying it back to the dock. The first 2 cleaning was satisfying, after that i thought it was better that i sweep the floor instead of waiting for it to go round and round and do nothing. The mapping is not accurate, there is not much change in the floor design/furniture still, it’s a nightmare. I would honestly say, it’s not worth it, unless you have a empty room and absolutely no objects in it.When I went to replace the mop cloth the app does not support purchase, it shows the accessory and thats it. No spares available in the webpage also. I tried to return it when I had the problems, neither Amazon support nor Tapo support was helpful.

6 months research got ended here.. finally TAPO robot vacuum cleaner for my home with 70days capacity of dustin capacity, which is great combo at this price deal. overall i am very happy with my purchase for deep cleaning of my home 2 in 1 dry & wet cleaning.pros:- my house is always in super clean mode. where there is a huge change before and after TAPO, its hassel free care free..fully automatic when compared to my eureka wet n dry vaccum cleaner.-HEPA filter is excellent in doing its job.where we cant see that 0.3micro size dust particles can be sucked by the tapo.-27000PA dustbin emptying suction capacity is a huge it sucks almost all the dust in a huge suck.really its a great option at this price point.-mat cleaning was fantastic, when compared to ecovac debot, eureaka robos which i personally witnessed in my Neighbours flats. where it raises its body to 2cms than the floor to climg over the mats or any surfaces which makes it better than our fellow robos-tapo app is also an excellent user-friendly interface. especially for me, where i am tapo camera user.I have been using 3 cameras for my home security purpose, which is an additional bonus to me in preventing installation of anothr apps to my mobile.-QUITE MODE is another excellent option which is super cool. I scheduled my TAPO RV 10PLUS @11PM daily. It is excellent in doing its job with noiseless.cons:- if you are a lazy home maker leaving all the cloths on the floor. needs to be cleared on the floor. where TAPO needs attention ofcourse it is for all the robo cleaner noted point.-sensors need to improved a little bit, where it detects the objects after collison which makes a sudden collision noise some times. which is a bit annoying. I think this can be achieved through FIREWARE update expecting soon-At present there is no market to buy extra dust bags- water tank capacity is just enough to mop my 1275Sft house to clean. if i use option to clean 2 or 3 times it will be sufficient for only half of my house sft.overall , conclusion is its a super best deal at this price, where 40-50k is needed to buy this combo in another companies..simply go for it…

Noise level is high, in cleaning part it’s not accurate. Dock station searching Failed lot of times.But one thing I appreciate in carpet cleaning auto boost.

Waste of money
I bought the TAPO Robot Vacuum &. Mop + Smart Auto-Empty Dock. The only thing smart is that they have outsmarted us with this piece of crap. I bought it on the basis of the name TP Link. It leaves half the dirt behind and throws out periodically , what it has ingested. The suction noise after docking is enough to raise the dead. Absolute waste of money. Totally under-powered. Ineffective. Ladder pattern is like a drunk monkey. Disgusted, please do not repeat my mistake

Service person is denying to provide service at home
Worst product ever. I got this product only on March, 2023. Now it’s July 2023, guess what the product performance is absolutely below any ratings. I have raised a compliant on the following grounds:Tapo RV 10 robot vacuum cleaner. Issues facing -1. Charging failure2. Auto-emptying failure3. Most importantly I can also see parts are breaking4. Decreased cleaning ability.5. The service person is denying any service. He is asking us to take the productAfter paying this much and using only for three months and facing so many difficulties neither Amazon nor Tapolink responding. The product is still under warranty.

It does not follow the instructions calmed by the company it doesn’t to chargeing station some time we should manual put to chargeing and some time it say cleaning is finished but it cleans some part of the house and it doesn’t follow the s or y shape path as told and it some times keep on cleaning at one point but the suction power is good

Great robot vaccuum for the price. Does exactly what I need it to do and the app is very simple to use. The emptying capacity is what won me over. It has been used for 3 hours now and has mapped out most of my house. The more you put into use, the smarter it gets. It’s mid rank quality but sturdy.Mop function works great with attachment. Battery life is about 2.3 hours per charge

Aimlessly smashes into things without properly mapping out.Main brush constantly believes it’s clogged even if it is clean.Gets lost or stuck and can’t get home without assistance.Only has enough battery to clean half the house then doesn’t pick up where it left off.Will be requesting a refund.

Is this thing brilliant as a robot vacuum? Not quite. Is it hilarious? Absolutely.At first, it would fail a field sobriety test, as it is unable to move in a straight line. It’s always bumping into things. It will try to eat ANYTHING left on the floor, including an adult size pair of jeans. It seems to b-line for anything to get stuck under, then when you respond to its distress signal and free it, it’ll go straight back and get stuck again. It provided hours of comedic value as it was figuring things out.After a few days, it’s gotten better. It’s still a bit of a derp, but it’s trying its best. The floor is pretty clean and it hasn’t gotten stuck under the dresser (see photo) in the last couple cleaning runs. So, considering it’s like 1/3 of the price of a good robovac/mop, it’s not a bad deal.Haven’t had any issues with the app so far, although it does sometimes start cleaning at random times, which can be a bit startling if it starts bumping into doors in the wee hours of the morning.
