Not to be trusted brand, you cant claim warranty
It’s not been even one year and this air fryer stopped working. Well to be exact the the heat is still coming but the fan stopped working. I contacted the ibell customer service since it is still under warranty however they said the don’t have technician available and asked to get it fix form a local technician which sounds reasonable so I did however the technician said it can be fixed so I showed it to another technician and he said the said thing. I tried contacting the customer service, told them the product is under warranty, I have tried your ways so fix it or get me a new one, they said replacment is not a option and said they will get me updated soon but God knows when. Now I have stuck with s product that does not work, I thought ibell is a trusted brand and apparently I have wrong. Will never buy any product in my life from ibell be it as simple product as a screw driver if they sell it.
