This Dr.Trust mat is really worth each penny. I have been using it for the last couple of weeks for my zumba session. The lower end holds on / stays planted to the floor really well during the course of activities. It is very light weight and easily portable. I haven’t sensed any issues nor quality compromise in this product until now. I would definitely recommend this brand.

Great to use for dynamic yoga
This is anti slippery yoga mat which i was looking for doing dynamic yoga aasanas. I am very happy with the grip and stability. Excellent TPE material is used, so go for it.I was in doubt that this will not give enough cushioning, but after using from 3 months, i can say this has decent cushion and stability.

Hard mat from reputed brand
Theat looks good but very hard. It feels like u are lying on the floor directly rather than the mat. I would suggest to go for 366 factory brand tpe yoga mat. Its firm, lightweight, soft and comfortable. Its very durable too. I bought one last year and still doing great despite daily high intensity work out on it. This year tried buying few other brands with highest reviews for comparison and nothing came close to the “366 factory”. Even the mat is far odourless than others. Just go for it
