Patanjali Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil refers to cold press extraction process for taking out oil from seeds. Oil from seeds were extracted in kohlus. In this process, seeds are crushed at low temperature so natural properties , antioxidants and essential oils are retained in the oil.

Didn’t like this oil. Really love mustard oil, but this has a strong smell and specific flavor.

Bought this after reading a recipe for a very simple curry and decided to try it out. First use used a bit much of it and it made my whole kitchen pungent of mustard, stang my nostrils in not an unpleasent way, and felt I was breathing better than ever after.It adds a lovely subtle mustard taste to curries. You don’t need much, maybe only a teaspoon when sweating down some onions, and it adds a noticable component to dishes, would highly recommend
