Excellent product & great after sale service
I bought Tusa vacuum cleaner in November 2023. Now its been 1 year 6 months. I use it for car & home cleaning (sofa, blinds, floor). It has great suction power, easy to use & light weight. Since I use this vacuum more frequently for home cleaning, after 10 months it showed minor issue. I immediately mailed Tusa and they responded quickly and arranged pick up for repair. Within one week I got the product repaired and its working fine. Tusa gave me complimentary microfiber towels after service. They kept me updated through mail during the service process. I really appreciate the Tusa after sales customer service team for their promt response. To buy Tusa was my best decision.

Great Vacuum cleaner , perfectly handy for a household and Car cleaning…as It’s compact, Powerful and Get the Job done whenever you switch it on, using its since a Year without any flawthough recently faced a minor issue of vacuum cleaner not getting charged but was working fine on Car supply…so I reached to TUSA support team and warranty support was so brilliant that product was picked up from door step, fixed the issue and they delivered product back within 4 days with again fully functional and Back in action to kick the dust out of house 😅So in nutshell what else you would need when u have great product most important great post sales support…a Big just go for it…from Happy Customer
