This product is good but the fabric loop bands (set of 5) was much better. The fabric loop bands has been discontinued as it was more durable.

I recently purchased the Slovic Mini Loop Band and I’m so glad I did. This band is incredibly versatile, elastic and is capable of heavy ressistent excercise and can be used for a variety of different workouts. I use it for strength training, stretching, yoga, and even Pilates. The band is made out of 100% natural latex and is incredibly strong and durable. It comes in three different sizes and thicknesses, which gives me the ability to choose the best band for the workout I’m doing.The Slovic Mini Loop Band is perfect for both beginners and professionals and for both Male as well as female. It is lightweight, easy to transport, and can be used for a variety of exercises. It includes a free exercise guide which explains the many different exercises you can do with the band. I found this extremely helpful as I’m not an experienced fitness enthusiast.The band is incredibly comfortable to wear and use. It has a soft texture and is easy to grip. It’s also easy to adjust the resistance and tension, which is great for people of all fitness levels. Band is so thin in breadth and width both that it is very difficult to use while exercising. It keeps getting twisted while using. And can’t be used for lower body training. Didn’t serve the purpose.
