I really like this purchase of mine. Couldn’t imagine the dust i was living in. This is a powerful shop-vac with ease to use and value for money.The product doesn’t really need a demo. But I’ve been reading comments about “blower – vaccum working simultaneously”. Well, in such vacuumes this is the norm. Air pulled in collects dust in the bag. Then it’s further filtered by the HEPA filter and released back into the air (blower) after filtering dust and allergens. Makes sense right?. If it doesn’t blow the vacuumed air out at the same time it pulls in, where will all that sucked in air go?I use the vac every third day, twice a week, and run it constantly for over half an hour to forty five minutes. It does get a bit warn, but not really a concern. U can constantly use for an hour and then let it rest for a bit to continue further use. I reckon that’s not gonna be a problem at all.All in all, it’s a worthy buy and an amazing product for cleaning your house up, thoroughly! Rather than just going for a vac meant for hard floors only, this one does a great job with upholstery, bedding, carpets etc.

Well worth it
After quite a browsing, I finally decided to go with this unit. It may cost just a tad more than the competition but it sure makes up for it. Came with decent and adequate attachments and a proper dust bag that can be washed and reused. It is well built, sufficient cord length and strong enough suction to get the job done.

Do not buy this product as the hose tore in just 4 uses. Bought original spare hose for Rs 700 and the same happened in 4 uses. Blavk and Decker Support do not care and refuse to escalate the poor quality issue. Do not waste your precious cash on this product

Had they gave us more accessories
At this price point ( ₹4500) , this is a very good buy. Infact, barring the Amazon Basics W&D vaccum , this could be the cheapest one listed out here. It has very good suction and also the noise levels not so high. It is also very easy to handle and does not weigh much even if you had to carry it on hand. Where it fell falt for me is in the accessories provided . In addition to the suction hose and the extender, they are providing only 3 brushes out of the box. One for the floor cleaning, a small flat brush and a nozzle type one for cleaning corners. They decided not to provide an angular brush, which in my opinion is the most useful one . So when you decide to clean your window frames, you can’t vaccum it effeciently. I had a Eureka Forbes nano type vaccum and I tried to use the angular brush provided by them. Guess what, the size doesn’t match . So now I have to spend another ₹500 or so to get the additonal brush.Another thing that I didn’t like is the quality of the plastics used in the brushes. The small flat one was already in a cracked state when I receive the product. They are not build to last unlike the Eureka Forbes accessories it seems. Other that these I am satisfied with the product performance so far.

The entire body and fittings are made of good quality PP plastic, it’s sturdy and fits firm. The body can carry the maximum amount of water (6 litres) without spillage.Dry Vacuum : does the job for basic household use like carpet, floor, spiderwebs, wall (using suction) and mosquito net cleaning (using blower)Wet Vacuum : I used it to suck the water out of my pillows (after squeezing the pillow with my arms), it sucked out almost 0.5 litres of water from two pillows.Testing : It sucked 5 litres of water in 4.5 secs. Max water capacity of vacuum bucket is 6 litres.Information :1) Please use HEPA filter for dry cleaning and replace HEPA filter with Sponge filter for wet cleaning. Some videos on youtube use both filters at the same time which is an incorrect way of using them …. HEPA filters are expensive so clean filters regularly (using blower option and blowing air from inside the filter to outside). Periodically cleaning of the reusable fleece bag also extends life of the bag as the dust mites which get collected while vacuuming may start to eat into the bag fabric over a period of time.2) The vacuum filter chamber has a float valve to automatic stop suction if the water level crosses the 6 litre mark. But remember this vacuum is made for sucking water spill and not drawing water out of a well, for that you’ll need a monkey.3) The air inlet housing has a a small sponge inside, to prevent large particles form entering and thus protecting the fleece bag and HEPA fiter from damage.4) As per the inbox pamphlet there are 386 Authorised service centers across India.5) The length of the accessories are appropriate for the rated suction of 16 kpa (160 mbar). This couldn’t be used for professional cleaning or all day use, only domestic use.6) Near the power cord plug there is a clip to secure the power cord after wrapping it around the body, neat feature!. The body is designed for onboard storage of the accessories. (Please refer to the instruction manual before using the vacuum cleaner)7) In this review I have covered things not highlighted or stated by the company or seller, for the usual marketing features/specifications one may refer to the website or seller information of the product.8) The employee working at Cloudtail india pvt ltd (the seller) didn’t pack the box well. On the top side it was only taped one out of the three sides. The product was unused and no damages cited but dude ! You should be grateful that you have a job during the pandemic, respect it.

I love this Dust Buster ordered it as the 12 volt model which I already have seems to be no longer available.The only problem when it arrived was that it came with a USA/Canada two prong charger base and not the three pin which we use here in the UK, so I had to purchase the adapter suitable for USA/Canada appliances.
