The ring has good functions, I am mainly using it for sleep tracking, food tracking, and exercise. Till now it seems precise.I however initially had issues with size and customer care, but later on, Anushka from the customer care team has supported very nicely in getting the ring exchanged.

Great Concept, But Disappointing Execution and Support
Aga it’s support team eventually got in touch but I felt the ring wasn’t the right fit for me at this time. Gabit offered a replacement or a full refund—I chose the latter, and the process was smooth. While the initial response was slow, their support was helpful, and they’ve assured me the step tracking issue is being addressed. I’d be open to trying the Gabit Ring again once that’s resolved.……………………The Gabit Ring looks great and has a lot of potential, but the experience has been disappointing. Even while on complete bed rest due to an injury, the ring showed over 3,000 steps daily—while my iPhone showed less than 300. Several friends faced the same issue, so it’s clearly not a one-off glitch.What’s worse is the customer support—no one answers the phone, and emails go completely unanswered. I’ve had to switch back to my Apple Watch for reliable tracking. Until Gabit fixes its tracking and support, I wouldn’t recommend it for serious users.
