Good product with the worst customer care and service
Purchased this product and had problem. With the mopping unit gave a complaint in October end. Technician came for inspection called customer service since then around 20 times they said they would resolve the issue as it’s in warranty but till date no response. App shows technician assigned but no update. Very poor after sales service no response to customers problems. As such product is good but if repair comes nobody attends. The disadvantages of buying online at a lesser price I think. Amazon if you can do something will be greatful. Planning to buy another brand. Just disgusted with the customer service even after talking to them. 20 times in two months time.

Don’t buy more power suction, the battery drains very fast.
Good buy, I am not sure how others are different but this one is good for me specially with my pet .It works wonderful if you have a pet,cleans the hair and also on dusty floor .Though it doesn’t suck even a pearl but that’s ok so you have to leave your floor without any item and it does it work .You do have to clean it regularly if there are hair on the floor because it entangles in the brush.Also the floor has to be dry or try trash collected will be wet and won’t be sucked by dustbin.More power means more battery consumption so 5000 power was better than 7000 turbo .At 7000 turbo it drains it’s battery very fast.But pathetic customer care and plastic quality

Go for it. It is the best. Cleans well… but needs to be cleaned once a week to make it cleaner.
Writing this after about 9 months use.ProsIt is a savior as I no longer have to sweep or mop the floor when househelp is not around.It cleans and makes floor squeaky.It has hepa filter that takes out even the most invisible of dust.It has multiple power modes in suction and I use medium version which still works great.It has Y shaped mopping that means 2 times it wet mops the floor.Mapping the device YOURSELF is very easy and it connects to home wifi and scans the house yourself. NO NEED OF COMPANY GUIDANCE , but you can use it if you want.You can block it from going to particular areas after mapping is doneYou can specify in app on volume, charge status. pause, or move or go back to start place.I took the one with auto bin which means i do not have to clean this often,Though company said do not add any cleaning solvents, there are some that company sells.For people with dust allergies, this is a saviour.You can set time in app on when it should mop everyday.ConsCleaning it is a mess. I wish this was easy. it has whiskers like thing that push hair in the bin. It has a roller under it. My hair gets wound in the roller frequently. Threads, floss, etc gets stuck in the roller. You have to cut all this using a cutting tool they give.Cleaning of hepa filters need to be doneCleaning of area around rollers, hepa filter, bin area, bins etc is time consuming.There is a mop fixed below the machine. you have to wash the mop too frequently to get good cleaning.All above cleaning needs to be done once every week or once in 3 days if you live in dusty area. It is still ok as You do not have to clean large floors.It is noisy while mopping, particularly if you put the suction level high.It is noisy when it dumps the garbage in the dust bin … there is a suction motor that pulls garbage into the dust bin. this noise is for few seconds.It takes 1 hour to sweep and mop an area of 950 sq feet, which I am ok with as I do not have to pay attention while it does it.Overall it is a good purchase for your house. Value for money as I got it during a sale at huge discount.

pathetic after sale service and far below performance of machine
Pathetic after sale service. Pathetic means pathetic,if by chance your machine malfunctions or you face an issue trust me you will be frustrated to the core.1. third party agents are will answer your csll. They don’t have any clue,there standered answer is “we are escalating your issue to next level”. you will keep waiting but nothing will happen. Please avoid eureka Forbes as they don’t have service related to vacuum robot. Pathetic service and don’t have trained staff. I won’t recommend eureka Forbes to any one due to their pathetic service. Once complaint raised they don’t even bother to call customer and address or understand the issue.Now coming to the product. I purchased by foing to the brand respect but,1. its radar doesn’t recognises sleepers,shoes etc and it will either drag them or will be stuck trying to ride it.2. pathetic app. Smart clean app thru which this robot oparates has poor sync with robot. you will have to uninstall and reinstall almost every week because all of a sudden all your map and other arrangement will be compromised.3. In a house of 1000 sqft you can either do vaccum or mopping as battary is that much only.4. macine often finds it difficult to auto connect dock.4. sudden power drain. battary will drain all of a sudden,means suppose app is showing 63% of battary and you try to start vaccum suddenly battary will start showing 1%.It seems euraka forbes is not at all serous with this product.App screenshot is attached for reference.My machine is only 1 month old and i am seriously regretting my decision.

Non functional 1 year extended warranty
Item is a good buy. The durability needs to be checked. However Amazon has given an option of 1 year extended warranty (third party) through Onsitego at Rs.699 which I opted for but unfortunately the robotic vacuum cleaner is not covered by Onsitego. They cover only Non robotic vacuum cleaner. I had to cancel my order even after paying the amount. Any purchaser is requested not to add the 1 year extended warranty offered by Amazon.

Very good customer care support. Online live demo of the product, its usage, usage of app, etc were clearly explained the Executive of Eureka Forbes. I don’t find such live demo sessions in any other company. It was an interactive session and customers doubts were very clarified end by the session master.
