This lovely kurta is perfect to level up your traditional attire game! I loved it for my husband and I got the peach shade for him. The fabric is soft and the embroidery is so so beautiful with animals and flowers on the bottom part and small flower motifs all over without overcrowding yet making it special. The needle work is neat and you can see the quality. He wore it recently for a festive gathering and I can tell you he looked the best there! The kurta stood out and he was getting complimented on it. Size wise I am not sure as he has recently lost some weight and it fit him right. So I am assuming it would have been a little snug for him in his previous weight. Overall this is a keeper. Husband loved it too so win win.

The style is jus as pictured but the arms are small so if you are bigger size up . It doesnβt stretch one bit

Material is very lightweight, color is soft grey, embroidery is exquisitely done, truly beautiful, intricate scenes of animals in nature. The collar is stiff, and has a tendency to crease, it feels like stiff paper is sandwiched between the layers of cotton and silk (I don’t actually know what is between, if anything, it would be good to reach out to the seller for clarity). There are 2 pockets on either side, they are fairly small.A kurta is a traditional mens garment, but I loved the embroidery so much, I thought it could also be worn by a woman. I wish I had gotten a large instead of a medium (5’7, 155lbs), the medium fits, but its snug through the hips, the kurta was definitely not designed for a woman’s body, if you are curvy, sizing up is a good idea. It’s a nice look, it’s a conservative cut meant to be worn with a pajama style pant. For women, a legging would also work well, or a bare leg. It’s nice to wear around the house, a dressier look than sweatpants or jeans, and it is so much more comfortable.The embroidery is the most special thing about the Kurta, it makes you feel special by wearing it. I found myself looking down at the embroidery through the day, it is hard to have this on and not admire the details of the embroidery, it really is spectacular. I wish this was available on other fabrics, it would be amazing to have this on pillow shams or a comforter, or on a scarf. I also think it is high enough quality that you could even have it framed as art.

This kurta is unbelievably nice. I am 6’4″ tall, weight 210 lbs and the XXL fit perfectly. The fabric is beautiful and light and sewn so well I was unable to see a loose thread anywhere. The sleeves are just the right length which is hard for me find. The embroidery is truly a work of art and without any error i could see. I’m glad it’s on the bottom so that when I sit i can look at it. The buttons are substantial and sewn tightly. It came with a cardboard stretcher with pins which reminds me of old department stores where the clerk would undo a shirt before I tried them on. I am so glad I kept looking because I feel fortunate to have come across this one. As a child my English family lived in India for a few years and they loved to dress me up in little kurtas. There is just everything good about this garment for me….the beauty of the piece and the memories it brings back.

Looking great for the occasion. Well complimented by many! Size that I selected fits perfectly for me. This is an occasional use dress, exceeded my expectations. Delivered promptly without any delays. Nice quality and fit, for the price. Material, color and finish is very good. convenient and super comfortable.. I’ll be wearing this again .
