I am a Yogacharya, have tried all sorts of Mats in life.. lately due to some injury, I been having back pain and heel pain to that extend that couldn’t be bare foot for even 2 sec.. this came as a blessing..!!! and now never wish to switchPros: this Mat is just crazyyyy Good, looks gorgeous, very soft but firm enough too for all laying down postures, coushion for knees etc…..cons: not for someone who does workout with Shoes on and just needs grip.. then not enough firmness, rest its Awsome..!!!!

Bought this mat at a price of 2599/- but just in 2 months it started wearing off, lot of scratches are already there. Not Worth to buy at such heavy cost.

Il tappetino è ottimo per esercizi a corpo libero o yoga in casa: è abbastanza grande (180×60 cm), non scivola e soprattutto è morbido evitando così dolori alle ginocchia o gomiti.Unica pecca trovata sta nella fascetta per il trasporto che risulta decisamente troppo larga per questo tappetino.
