Major Design Flaw
With all the thickness of the material used and the cushioning at the corners that’s being told as an USP of this product, the product itself is useless due to a design flaw while making the holes for the ports on the back case.The holes do not match correctly and prevents the stock charging cable of M31 from being inserted in the phone charging slot. Also, with the cover on, I wasn’t able to insert the headphone jack.So, no matter how good you make this product, it’s useless if I have to take it off every time to charge the phone or plug in my earphones.
