Very slippery and dangerous
This is definitely the worst yoga mat I have purchased in my whole life. Reason? It’s extremely slippery. While doing Surya Namaskar, the mat slipped and I almost fell down. The lower surface is plain and smooth. No wonder, it slips so easily if you keep it on your house’s floor. All my older mats do have a textured lower surface which make it impossible to slip. The engineer who designed this must be a fool.Be very careful if you go for this yoga mat. It’s dangerous for doing yoga or workout. I wish I could return it.

4 MONTH USAGE — Thickness doesn’t do good, not slip proof, struggle with exercise
EDIT — 4 months later, and having tried another mat at a friend’s at a similar price point, this one IS NOT the best. Go for “lifelong” brand. This stretches way too easily, the material is quite soft making the thickness pointless, and not at all slip proof—For the price point, this yoga mat feels decent, there’s nothing fancy about it. The wear and tear shows almost instantly within a few uses of the mat, but nothing that makes it look damaged or turns it unusable in anyway.The mat isn’t fully slip-proof. If you sweat on the mat, it WILL get difficult to get a proper grip during your exercises or yoga. Secondly, even on the floor, the mat WILL slide during exercises that involve a lot of force towards the edge of the mat.Even so, as of yet, it hasn’t been the case where I couldn’t adjust it a bit and continue with my exercises
