This product is good enough the screw is politely move and the plastic quality is good . It have 1-60 kg not 1 to 40 kg. I hope that’s good for beginners .

The product is really well and works good. However I I ordered a blue coloured one but got orange, anyways not an issue.This works good and easy to handle.Hope this is helpful.

Very nice product for hand exercise, so comfortable to use and hold , correct size and soft without any much noise and effort. Weight is exact to hold , will surely last long and make us strong on using every day
