I have recently gone on a buying spree of gym equipment, and have bought Rowing machines, ellipticals, and spin cycles from other companies.Comparatively, the quality of Cult was very good. the Material finishing and Fittings were pretty good. and feels very sturdy when operating. the operation is very smooth, and the assembly was pretty straight forward. The assembly manual could be better. but there are loads of detailed assembly videos just in case.Overall, a good purchase.

A decent product for the price
I had initially given this product a negative review, but that was my own fault. I had assembled the pedals incorrectly by placing the washers on the wrong side of the pedal. I have assembled it correctly now.Having assembled it correctly and used it, I would say it is a pretty decent product for the price so far.You should not go in expecting an expensive professional gym elliptical. It is very much a home elliptical as the price reflects. But for that purpose it is a good product and I expect to get utility out of it.I have been using it now for a few weeks and it is a very decent product for the price.

Poor Customer Service and Faulty Product – SmartCross B1 Elliptical
I recently purchased the Cultsport Smartcross B1 Bluetooth Enabled Elliptical Cross Trainer and I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase. The product is top-notch, delivering a smooth and effective workout experience. What impressed me the most was the exceptional customer support provided by Cultsport. The installation guy was professional and efficient, ensuring a hassle-free setup. Additionally, Surya, the dietician from Cultsport, offered invaluable advice that enhanced my fitness journey. Kudos to the team for their outstanding service. I highly recommend this product!Update after 10 months:It’s been a nightmare since the right pedal broke just after the six month warranty expired. Despite reaching out to CultFit for a replacement, their response has been abysmal, dragging on for nearly three months with no resolution in sight.Here are the facts:- The right pedal broke in January 2024, making the elliptical useless.- I’ve been in contact with CultFit since then, providing a video, photos of the broken part, the original purchase invoice, and even CCTV footage showing the equipment failing.- CultFit promised to replace the pedal for 600 INR once their stock was replenished by the end of March 2024. It’s now April 22nd, 2024, and there’s still no sign of the pedal, nor any update from their side.- Despite this, CultFit’s latest response was to ask for another video, as if the extensive evidence I’ve already provided wasn’t enough. This shows a blatant disregard for my time and a lack of responsibility on their part.This isn’t just about a broken pedal anymore; it’s about a company that doesn’t seem to care about its customers post-purchase. The elliptical itself, when functional, was decent, but what good is a product if the company behind it won’t stand by it when issues arise?To anyone considering buying the SmartCross B1 or any other CultFit product, think twice. If anything goes wrong, you might find yourself in a similar situation, with a broken product and a customer service team that leads you in circles.
