Good product but backed by very poor service post sale. No Onsite
Product itself is good as long as it works but it develops functional issues that get progressively annoying over time. Among other minor issues, our unit developed “Laser distance sensor error” and it wouldn’t go away even after cleaning all the sensors thoroughly. We restarted, took it back to the base station for manual docking as well but nothing seemed to work. It’s pretty much useless in this condition because it wouldn’t perform even the basic cleaning task.Phone support is near useless and they even stopped onsite service when we tried contacting now, in October 2025. Apparently the current policy is to pickup the robot through their logistics partner within 3 days and it’ll be delivered within 7 days of the pickup. So we are going to be without a robot cleaner for 10 whole days. There’s also ‘we can’t provide the ticket/complaint number over phone because the WhatsApp team will check the details shared, log the complaint and then share the ticket number’, so the 10 days will start only after the ticket is logged.We bought the product based on the fact that onsite service was available and now the company removed it without any due notice to the consumer, resulting in disruption to our daily lives because they wanted to save money. Heights of corporate greed with total disregard for customer experience.Furthermore, their support process is also broken because they ask for everything from name, phone, email, invoice, serial number, issue description, Amazon order number and date and everything else possible over WhatsApp even as we contact them over phone. This is annoying for two reasons – one that we have contacted them in the past and availed onsite service and so they should have everything including the picture of the serial number.Two – the company and its representatives are more focused on their convenience rather than what’s right for the customer. Total disregard for customer experience.If you had the patience to read this review, please consider as warned and do yourself a favour by staying away from Dreame products. They’ll make your life difficult despite paying nearly Rs.1,00,000 for their most premium offering in India

Sadie (as we have named our dreame robot) is one if the best purchases we have ever made. She wips aroubd the house daily to vacuum and do a light mop. She’s simple but effective. A small water tank which is enough for our small 3 bedroom house (with no carpet). If I forget to turn her on before going to work, no worries I can do it remotley with the app. In a house with allergy sufferers she has been a game changer. The price point is amazing for the quality. If you are unsure, just buy her.

Mit dem ausfahrenden Arm kommt er trotz rundem Design auch in die Ecken.2. Lange Akkulaufzeit:Die Laufzeit von bis zu 60 Minuten im Eco-Modus reicht für eine gründliche Reinigung einer mittelgroßen Wohnung. Im Turbo-Modus reduziert sich die Laufzeit, aber die Power ist beeindruckend.3. Benutzerfreundliche AppVom ersten Benutzen an führt einen die App durch die Einrichtung durch. Man kann mehrere Etagen als Karte hinterlegen. Wischen funktioniert aber soweit mir bekannt nur auf der Ebene mit der Dockingstation.4. Einfache Reinigung und Wartung:Der Staubbehälter entleert sich automatisch in der Station. Darin enthalten ist ein herkömmlicher Staubsaugerbeutel. Für das Wischwasser gibt es in der Dockingstation zwei Behälter.Nachteile:Lautstärke im Tiefenreinigungs-Modus:Der Tiefenreinigungs-Modus ist recht laut, was bei längerer Nutzung etwas störend sein kann. Allerdings immer noch leiser als unser vorheriger Staubsauger. Unser Hund, bisher immer laut am Bellen, kann nun beruhigt durchschlafen.Ladezeit:Die Ladezeit des Akkus beträgt ca. 4 Stunden, was etwas lang ist, wenn man den Staubsauger häufig nutzt.Fazit:Der Dreame X40 ist ein zuverlässiger und leistungsstarker Staubsaugerroboter, der besonders durch seine starke Saugleistung und vielseitige Einsatzmöglichkeiten überzeugt. Kleinere Schwächen wie die Ladezeit oder die Lautstärke trüben das Gesamtbild kaum. J’ai testé le Dreame L40 Ultra Robot Aspirateur Laveur pendant plusieurs semaines et voici mon avis :Points positifs :Puissance d’aspiration impressionnante : Avec 11 000 Pa, cet aspirateur offre une aspiration très forte, idéale pour capturer la poussière et les poils d’animaux. Il fonctionne aussi très bien sur les tapis épais.Fonction laveur efficace : La serpillière amovible et relevable fonctionne très bien, et l’eau chaude à 65°C aide vraiment à déloger les salissures tenaces.Brosse latérale extensible : La brosse latérale qui se relève est un bon ajout, permettant de bien atteindre les coins et les bords des murs. Elle s’adapte bien à tous les recoins.Autonomie et chargement : La batterie dure assez longtemps pour nettoyer un grand espace, et elle se recharge automatiquement lorsqu’elle est faible.Application mobile intuitive : L’application est facile à utiliser pour planifier les nettoyages, voir les zones nettoyées et ajuster les paramètres à distance.Points négatifs :Bruit assez élevé : Bien que l’aspiration soit puissante, le bruit peut être gênant lors des nettoyages à puissance maximale.Serpillière qui nécessite un entretien : La serpillière doit être nettoyée fréquemment pour éviter l’accumulation de salissures, ce qui peut être un peu fastidieux.Détection d’obstacles : Parfois, le robot a du mal à détecter certains obstacles plus bas (comme les fils ou les petites objets), ce qui peut l’amener à les heurter.Conclusion :Le Dreame L40 Ultra est un excellent robot aspirateur-laveur qui combine une puissance d’aspiration impressionnante et une fonctionnalité de lavage efficace grâce à l’eau chaude et à la serpillière amovible.
