Most important gadget in you have large glass panes
We built our house with lot of large glass sliding doors and even a double height glass panes on two sides of my living room. Winbot is the perfect tool for maintaining such large number of glass panes. It is so easy to use that I completely delegate the work to my driver who is idle most of the time. We have a 7 year old who keeps putting fingerprints on the sliding doors everytime. Winbot has helped us keep the sliding doors clean.

Absolutely horrible after-sales experience!I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Ecovacs.They sell products with big promises, but once they have your money, their customer service disappears completely.When I faced an issue, they kept ignoring my calls and messages for weeks.To make things worse, after I left an honest review about my bad experience, they actually called me and asked me to delete it instead of solving the problem! J’étais un peu sceptique au départ, mais franchement ce petit robot m’a agréablement surpris. Il est petit, léger et facile à manipuler, et surtout, il arrive à nettoyer des fenêtres que je n’arrivais pas à faire à la main, comme celles avec des poignées ou de petite taille. Il passe partout, même dans les coins un peu galère.La pulvérisation d’eau ultrasonique fonctionne vraiment bien : pas besoin de produits chimiques, juste de l’eau, et le résultat est sans traces. Il ne laisse pas de coulures et nettoie même les taches un peu grasses.Ce qui m’a rassuré, c’est son système de sécurité hyper complet. Il tient bien en place, même en hauteur, et il évite tout seul les obstacles. Je le lance, je le laisse bosser, et il fait le job sans souci.Il planifie son trajet tout seul, s’adapte à la taille de la vitre, contourne les poignées et les rebords… C’est vraiment bien pensé. Il y a même plusieurs modes selon si on veut un nettoyage rapide ou plus en profondeur.Et niveau bordure, il va vraiment jusqu’au bout. Il ne laisse pas les bords sales comme certains autres robots que j’ai pu voir. En plus, il est super compact, je le range facilement dans un placard.Franchement, pour moi c’est un très bon achat, pratique, intelligent et qui fait gagner un temps fou. Je ne reviendrai pas en arrière. Je recommande sans hésiter.Ah oui et si sans faire exprès vous le débranché alors qu’il est en train de travailler.. il ne tombe pas ! Il a une petite batterie qui le laisse tenir quelques secondes / minutes en place !
