It’s been over two months since I first reported a complaint about my Eureka Forbes Robo Vac n Mop X3, which I purchased on 08/05/2023. Despite the considerable duration, there has been no resolution or acknowledgment from the customer service team.This extended delay in addressing my concerns is highly frustrating, especially considering the substantial investment made in a product with the expectation of quality service. I urge Eureka Forbes to expedite the resolution process and provide the assistance promised under the warranty terms. A timely response and effective resolution are crucial for maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.

Eureka technician denied providing demo for the product although on site says post purchase demo is available. I request amazon to remove all eureka forbes product from their site and save customer valuable time and money.

1. No mannual, printed or digital.2. Do not connect to WiFi.3. Eureka Forbes support has no idea about the product. They told me to search YouTube.4. Cleaning is not ideal. Do not clean the entire surface area even when it’s empty.5. It collides with every obstacle before turning around. Wonder how long will it last.

Eureka forbes service person mentioned that if we buy from online, no demo provided. You have to buy from agents or from their website.Luckily Amazon were able to help me out by taking this product back and provide refund.
