This is a decent yoga mat for the price. It is quite thin, so you might need an extra layer if using on a bare floor. There is a slight plastic smell with your face pressed down close to the mat, but I have found that it’s dulled with time/it’s not too pungent. It’s grippy/doesn’t slide and is easy to clean.

This is a great mat for your standard yoga practice. It’s easy to travel with, rolls up easy, unrolls flat. Mine has designs that help a bit with alignment which I love. It’s also easy to wipe downNow that it’s getting warmer I do however realize that I slide to much both my hands and feet. So if you practice sweaty sessions then this mat may not support you enough.
