Extremely Disappointed with Product and After-Sales Service
I purchased the Inalsa Air Fryer on 21st July 2024, trusting the brand’s name and the promise of a 1-year warranty. However, it stopped working in May 2025, well within the warranty period. I raised a complaint with customer care on 31st May 2025 (Service Request No. MAH250531018). A technician visited and diagnosed the issue — the fan was not working and needed replacement. He assured me that the replacement would be done in 2–3 days.It’s been over a month now, and there has been no update, no follow-up, and no resolution. Every time I contact customer support, I get the same vague response with no real action. This delay has made the product completely unusable, and the poor response from Inalsa’s service team has made the experience even more frustrating.Summary:Product failed within warranty.Complaint raised on time, but no resolution even after a month.Unprofessional and irresponsible after-sales service.I would strongly advise against buying any product from Inalsa. A brand is only as good as its service — and Inalsa has been a major letdown on that front.
