FALSE ADVERTISING
Dear Sir/Mam,I had ordered “JioPhone Prima 2 4G Keypad Phone with Premium Design, YouTube, JioTV, JioCinema, JioSaavn, JioPay(UPI), Video Calling, LED Torch, Digital Cameras | Locked for JioNetwork, Black” on 2nd March, 2025 as per the aforementioned Amazon Order Number.I received the product on 3rd March, 2025 and have been trying to configure UPI on the device since. For the last 19 days, I have been speaking to the Jio Helpline Centre and visiting Jio Stores, where I was falsely told that there was a server issue and the UPI application will start working soon. Today, I am informed by the Customer Care at Jio that the device simply does not support UPI.This situation has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. As per the images attached from the images posted on Amazon’s Product Page, the product clearly advertises that the device supports UPI. Since the device does not support the same, it seems that it is a clear case of “FALSE ADVERTISING”. I feel misled and deceived by the false advertising, and I have wasted valuable time and effort trying to resolve this issue.On speaking to the Amazon Helpline for the return and refund of the product, I am being told that the product is “No Longer Eligible” for return since the return window has been closed on 10th March, 2025. It is unacceptable that I am unable to return the product due to false advertising claims. The reason for my lateness in returning the product is due to the fact that the product advertises support for UPI, which it does not.I insist on the return of the product and the refund of Rs. 2,799/- to my original payment method. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience, and I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience.Please find attached the images for your reference. Kindly acknowledge the receipt of this email and do the needful at the earliest. I expect a prompt resolution and anticipate your immediate response.

Accha phone hai display v bright hai bs apps jyda hai aur battery bahoot jaldi discharge hoti hai lagatar use karne se. Old wale jio phone ke comparison me kuch new features hai jaise ki isme calls or unknown ko block karne ka option hai , autocall recording ka option hai isme but kabhi kabhi puri call record ni hoti hai 1chij acchi ni lagi automatic data on ho jata hai kabhi kabhi jisse maybe battery down hoti hai. Look wise acchi hai protection film aur back cover lagane se accha rahega weight v kam hai pehle ke comparison me phone ka ringtones aur message tones utni khas ni hai but ringtone customizable hai message tones ni hai. Charge hone me kaafi jyda time leta hai . Box me main unit ,battery, basic charger, user manual aur kuch paperworks milte hai. Hanging issue hai first use me sahi lagta hai baaki kitna chalega wo to use karte karte pata lagega overpriced hai thora kamm hona chahiye tha. Le sakte ho agar basic phone ki trah use karna hai to multitasking karne se battery jyda der ni chalega .
