Amazing product by quality & performance
Performance and precision is great. Mapping technology is excellent. It also offers various functions to choose the area where to vaccum, where to vaccum & mop, where not to go, creating virtual boundaries to guide it properly etc with the help of a quite convenient app controlled through the phone.

Worst experience with kaercher robotic device
The German robotic device is good in looking. That’s all. I have purchased before 2 years and the service from the service centre is utter failure. The device was stopped functioning. I have filed complaint and they have authorised a service centre at my place and they have taken one month to identify the complaint and taken another month for replacing and again taken one month for repairing. So I have lost three months and heavy bill of 5000/-. Still, the device is not working well sometimes stops and sometimes not responding. I have lost faith in the company and please do not go for Kaercher robotic device

Great Product!
The vacuum and moping done by the machine is impressive.Just wish the water capacity and battery capacity was bigger.It is unable to vacuum and mop our 1800 sq ft home on a single charge.The App needs some refinement too as the robot keeps disconnecting from the WiFi.Physical Demo not provided by Karcher India.Overall very Happy with my purchase.

Brush got damaged after 1 year
So happy with the purchase. He is cleaning very efficiently with out any problem to find way back to home. Quality is awesome. Before purchase i contacted karcher and got the address of service centers in Trivandrum as it is very important. Other chinese model price may be less but there can be service issues in future. Overall its a german brand with lot of other vac cleaners and pressure washers in market with a good service network.Update after 11 monthsQuality of roller brush is very poor. It got damaged after 11 months usage. Asked for replacement . Let me see whether they will replace it as this happened only because of poor material quality.
NSingh cleaning of the device is very cumbersome. Especially the hairs cleaned from floor gets badly entangled with the brush. Brochure is not useful and inadequate –

I have only used this cleaner a couple of times but does a very good job and cleans well. It finds its way around furniture with only the occasional mistake when it gets stuck misjudging overhead clearance. The dirt container is easy to remove and empty. I have several Karcher devices none of which has disappointed me and I am sure this will be just as good.
