Battery Bank conks off easily.
Battery bank is the main part of this product. It has conked off after 1.5 yrs of use. The warranty is valid for only 1 yr. Replacement Battery bank costs 2500. 3 months warranty. Better to look for some other brand. I thought these kent guys were good. Turns out this product is absolutely useless.

Kent zoom vacume cleaner is a good product
Kent zoom is good enough for a 1bhk as the battery lasts for 30 mins. It needs charging continually after 30 mins. But yes, I like it as it serves my purpose.
