I ordered this Lifelong yoga mat after seeing good reviews, and I must say, totally worth it! The mat is soft and thick (6mm), so even when I do yoga or floor exercises, knees don’t hurt. Grip is also solid – no slipping even during Surya Namaskar or planks.Looks nice too, with two colors – my wife also liked it and now she uses it more than me! Material feels premium, and it’s lightweight. I take it sometimes to the park, very easy to carry with the strap they’ve given.Overall, very happy with this purchase. If you’re looking for a good mat for home workouts or yoga, just go for it. Desi households will find it useful and durable.

Very useful and good quality yoga mat
Good quality yoga mat. It has a great cushioning which is very useful which workout. During planks and other workouts, its keeps the knee and elbow safe. Also, this mat doesn’t slip at all, has a good thickness and the length is perfect since I am tall enough. Its my go-to for my regular exercise and can’t do without this one. Product is overall good. I can rate for design 5/5, Size-4/5, Carry bag- 2.5/5, Smell-3/5, thickness -3/5,Slipperiness-4/5.Packing was very bad from such a multinational company. There was no privacy about the product.
