I have been using the Milagrow iMap 10 Nano for about a month now. i am really happy with the product. Wanted to review it properly hence took time. My sister has a roomba i7 which I have used for sometime. i would be doing a direct comparison between the two here as they are of the same price bracket also in my opinion all other companies do not have adequate support in india so the after sales service is a very painful affair . I have divided my review in 4 broad categories.Vacuuming: 5*iMap 10 Nano excels in this department. absolutely fantastic. It uses Lidar technology compared to Video from roomba. The best aspect of using Lidar is you can use it at night also. it does not need light to function. you can schedule it to clean your house at 5am without any worry and when you wake up you get a shiny clean house. Perfect! The technical aspect of the product is top notch. it uses a heavy Japanese motor (2700Pa) compared to 1000Pa motor in roomba. Roomba takes 75 minutes to vacuum my house (approx 900 sq ft in size) while Nano does it in just about 45-50 minutes. The battery life is also great. The Nano has a 5200mAh battery which lasts really long. roomba battery would last around 90 minutes when cleaning at max power. Nano utilises 60% battery in 70 minutes of cleaning (max power)+ mopping (scrubbing mode). simple math says 2 hours in single charge at complete max power. in normal power it should easily last 3 hours. The cleaning is also very apt. Other robots struggle with peanuts, Nano takes care of all objects of peanut size very easily without any additional noise. The noise level at max power is quite ok. my pedestal fan makes more noise than this. Nano also has multiple power modes. one of them is silent. which I use for my daily morning cleaning when I am sleeping. till date i have never woken up in my sleep due to its sound. i actually have to look into the app to make sure that it did clean the house. and ofcourse if you survey the house you find it sparkling clean.There is one thing missing though. it does not auto-detect dirty areas like roomba does. Nano will simply clean the whole area just once relying on its heavy motor to take care of the cleaning, roomba on the other hand has dirt detection, so it will come back to the areas it detects as dirty and will try to clean them again. I wish this was also included in Nano. That would be really amazing. This does not mean Nano does any lesser job at vacuuming the dirty areas. its motor is really powerful ensuring you don’t really need to clean a section twice. and in case you do want to do any specific area twice, you can always ask Nano to specifically clean that aea again. The difference is roomba auto detects such areas and reports in its app. so you don’t have to rely on human eyes to know if the area is dirty or not.The biggest enemy for any vacuuming robot is long human hair (female human hair specially). If you have a family like mine where there are a couple of people who have hair fall then the vacuuming robots are in for a toss. The rotor brushes can not handle them and these hairs get tangled in the main brush sometimes even damaging the main rotor brush. Nano is quite successful in handling this situation. its main brush in not just pure rubber but has plastic hard bristles along with it. because of which the hairs that get tangled do not really damage the main brush. also it has a nifty little blade added in its accessories which allow you to cut through any such tangled mess. making the hair removal from the brush very easy.The dust bin is adequately large to handle 3-4 days dusting easily. though i would recommend cleaning it once a day.Mopping: 4*iMap 10 Nano has both the functioning, vacumming and mopping. you can only vacumm, only mop or both vacumm and mop. the mopper is quite good and is like any other mopper. unless you decide to go for specific moppers which would cost you around 50K easy. the one drawback the mopper has is mopping pressure. it uses 5N pressure while mopping, which is not high. it will not clean stains on its own. other than this it is very nice. easy to use. and cleans the house quite nicely. compared to what my house maid did, id does no lesser job at mopping the house. ha ha ha 🙂 .. the biggest advantage i think is that this is probably the only mopper module which allows you to add disinfectant in the water. so the mopping doubles up as anti bacterial mopping. this gains additional importance considering the current pandemic times. i am not aware of any other mopper in the market which does not say that use of anything else other than water will void your wareanty. i use the mopper with disinfectants and it works like a charm. once the vaccuming and mopping is complete (approx 70 min total time) the house shines like never before. it also has a nifty feature of mopping in scrubbing mode. its so nice to see in action. the robot tries to emulate the hand gesture of mopping in scrubbing mode. this in a way overcomes the earlier concern of less pressure. as due to scrubbing mode it mops the area thrice taking care of normal stains. also miraculuosly it does not leave tire marks on the mopped area. keeping the mopped area very clean. the water tank in my opinion is small. it is only 150ml and almost flat because of which you can not fill it full. so effectively it is like 140ml only. for my 900sq ft apartment, i have to refill water once if i am using the water flow in medium flow mode. if i change it to low-flow mode then single fill will do fine. come to think of it, the robot cleans the house in 150ml of water. my maid used to take two buckets of water to do the same. thats 30 ltr vs 150ml 🙂 amazing, isn’t it.Mobile App: 3*the mobile app is full of features. you name it and its there. you get all the options like creating map of the house, naming each room separately, you can clean specific rooms, clean the house in specific order or if needed specific area within the room. can setup no go area. can schdule unlimited auto cleaning sessions etc etc. one may ask why still have i rated the app as only 3 star. point is, its feature rich but its immature. the app needs a lot of further bug fixes and development. which am sure future updates will correct it. for example i have scheduled auto cleaning of the house in the morning 6am. but the cleaning starts at 6:30. 30 minutes late. no idea why. its not an issue, as i now scheduled t for 5:30 so that it starts cleaning at 6am. another big problem is teh storing of map. in roomba, you have training sessions and cleaning sessions. training session basically scans your house and creates full functioning map. cleaning session does not alter your map. iMap 10 Nano does not has this distinction. it will scan the house every time it is working. mopping or vaccuming. what it does is it redraws the map every time and in 10-15 days time corrupts the map. i am attaching the photo of my house map along with. you can clearly see ghost areas and multiple walls inside room in the map. it creates big inconvenience. the only solution i have is to delete the map when this happens. and when the robot cleans the house next time it will recreate a fresh correct map. the app does needs to handle this promptly as it ruins the complete experience.Customer Support: 5*i must compliment Milagrow team for amazing customer support. not only before the purchase of a product but also after sales. The team is extremely responsive and works diligently towards each and every concern of yours. i have never had such amazing customer support experience other than amazon and big basket. not even with philips or LG. full marks to the whole team and a real hats off. you guys are really doing great work. Even the technical support team is equally responsive and handles all queries very thoroughly.Overall I am very satisfied with the product and would highly recommend anyone with a 50K budget to go for it. you wont regret transacting with milagrow.

I bought this product in September 2021 and am writing this review after 2.5 years of usage.To start with, I bought this product for Rs 40,000/- primarily because of good reviews and also because it’s a home grown company.The products performance is really good. With one charge it can vacuum and mop my 3 BHK House (about 1700 square feet area) and still be left with about 40% battery.However, on the last day of its warranty the robot developed an issue with its mopping water pump and it stopped working. I got in touch with the customer care and they arranged collection, repaired it and sent it back to me at no extra cost to me. However, the robot developed an issue within 2 months and this time I decided to live with it since the warranty period was over and I would have to spend Rs 10,000/- to courier it all the way to Gurgaon to get it repaired.Within 14 months, the robot suddenly stopped working midway with an error of CRITICAL BATTERY FAULT. On looking up the error in the User Manual I found out that the battery had died all of a sudden without any warning!I mailed customer care but they didn’t respond even after 3-4 days. Their service helpline too is of no use.So before you consider buying this robot, bear in mind the following aspects:-1. The after sales service of this product is pathetic to say the least. If the product is in warranty then they will respond immediately. Else these guys don’t even bother to respond. So much for customer value.2. This robot cost me Rs 40,000/- In almost a year it faced it’s first fault which was rectified by their technical team. But the same defect occured again within a month. And now just 2.5 years after its purchase the battery is dead with no sight of Customer Care/ after sales service to help the customer.Do the math: you buy a product for Rs 40,000/- and it barely runs for 2.5 years! Certainly not worth it. Better go for cheaper product available online so that even if the product goes bad you don’t have to spending a bomb on it.3. There is no after sales service anywhere in India other than in Gurgaon. If you are lucky then the company will respond to you and will tell you to courier the robot to their technical workshop in Gurgaon which will cost you anywhere between Rs 8000-10000/- plus the cost of spare part which will have to be borne by you.4. Don’t go by the company’s tag of “Make in India”. If such cheap stuff is being made in india with no regard to customers plight where a product worth Rs 40,000/- stops working altogether within just 2.5 years of purchase and that too without any signs or warning then I think we Indians are better buying foreign brands. Foreign brands at least are committed to customer satisfaction. Unlike these cheap Indian brands who fleece us Indians in the name of “Make in India”.So the bottom-line is: Don’t waste your hard earned money on this cheap useless brand. Whilst the product itself is good, the company’s reponse, or should I say the lack of response, to the customer is a major concern. The battery will die all of a sudden leaving this robot like a useless piece of garbage which you will have no option but to throw away.BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
