Disappointed with Philips Service – Not Worth the MoneyI’ve been waiting for a replacement part/product for my Philips air fryer for over 20 days now, and there has been absolutely no response or resolution from the service team. Even the technician who visited openly said that they’ve been facing the same issues for the past two years and informed me that Philips’ service has been taken over by another company.He went as far as to recommend not buying Philips products in the future – that says a lot. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend hard-earned money on a product and get zero after-sales support. Honestly, this experience has made the air fryer feel like a useless investment. I expected better from a brand like Philips, but this has been nothing short of irritating and disappointing.

Works well and simple to use
Cooks properly. Just memorize the presets, which happens naturally after cooking a few times. It works just like a digital air fryer. It also allows pausing the air frying by rotating the timer knob to zero when it is running. Saved money by not going for a digital one.

The product overall is good considering the brand and its quality but 360⁰ heating airfryer is a must. In this you’ve to flip the food and sometimes one corner gets more heat due to maybe loop joint of the coil.
