Good Sound, Strong Build & Smooth Buttons
The sound quality and build quality are good, and the battery backup is also nice. The display is small but clear. The phone feels a bit slippery in hand, though the buttons are soft and comfortable to use. Overall, it’s a decent and stylish keypad phone.E2103 is just an updated version of E2102 with a little better battery life, but otherwise they look and work the same.

Not User friendly – Do not buy
The phone is not user friendly.1. When we navigate the menu / settings, it reads out the menu name – There is no option to disable this voice.2. While navigating the contacts, it always displays the ‘Search’ option which hides the contact name and number. Contact name/number are only partially visible and it is very difficult to make a call by selecting a contact.4. Once contact is saved, you have no option to edit the name. only number can be edited.5. While making a call , it displays ‘divert’ message, even though there is no call diverted by the receiver.Overall it is a nonsense phone and cannot be used by elders

Philips E2103 keypad mobile phone.
This basic keypad phone is very good, but the back side opening is located at corner. Which is not easy to open the back portion to insert SIM card. It’s battery backup,sound quality very good.

Looks cheaper than its price
Delivered product looks different than shown in image. Buttons are not flat. Plastic used in the body also looks cheaper and fragile. Sound quality is also ok. Looks cheaper than its price. Checking rest of the things, will update the review later

Best keypad phone.. ( I don’t trust Nokia)Build is better.Overall product is soo good.Don’t buy Nokia HMD phone mulit complaint , worst service in KeralaPlease so for philips feels like old Samsung keypad phone .Beware of copycat / duplicate phone in flipkart on name of nokia & Samsung don’t get scamed..Samsung & Nokia keypad are real OG but ….Samsung stopped the production many years ago..Nokia keypad are there but made HMD team … Which is worse..Philips are great 👍 go for it ..
