Request for Resolution: Faulty POCO M7 Pro 5G and Unresponsive Support
I purchased the “POCO M7 Pro 5G, Olive Twilight (6GB, 128GB)” for ₹12,000, but unfortunately, it has not met my expectations. Within just two months of use, the primary camera suddenly stopped working. I’ve been trying to reach out to Amazon for support to get the issue resolved, but despite multiple attempts, I haven’t received any clear guidance or solution.I’m very disappointed with the lack of support and the overall service experience from Amazon. Based on this, I’m hesitant to recommend purchasing products—especially POCO mobiles—from Amazon.In addition, the product itself falls short in quality. The audio performance is poor, with noticeable vibrations even during soft, melodic songs. The video color output is also quite underwhelming. Overall, this device does not offer good value for the ₹12,000 spent. I’m quite disappointed.

The haptic feedback of this phone in low qualityLyt 600 camera is more capable for good quality photos and 4k video support,but this phone is suffering only for optimization issues.Battery backup is decent.charging speed is fast .It doesn’t have any heating issue.in hand feel is good lighter.mi ui and hyper os not so Much different.features is as it all like mi ui .

Great display and sound, minor touch issues but worth it for the price
I’ve been using the POCO M7 Pro 5G (6GB, 128GB) in Olive Twilight, and overall, it’s a solid phone for this price range.The phone arrived in perfect condition, and the sound is quite loud and clear — good for videos and calls. The AMOLED display is bright and sharp, which really makes a difference when watching content or browsing.One small issue I noticed is that sometimes the touch doesn’t respond properly, especially when opening apps — I have to tap twice or thrice at times. Also, the fingerprint sensor occasionally fails, but it’s not a deal-breaker.Charging is fast, and although the phone gets a bit hot during summers, it’s not unusual — most phones do. Performance overall has been smooth for daily tasks.For this price, the display quality, design, and performance make it a great value phone.
