workout at office
bought it for my office. i took some break and do some exercise with it. small rep after 15-20 minutes, it provide some rest and dont hamper my work. i am doing exercise (like weight lifting) with this small arm trainer tool in my office. so great tool for me. i dont have to worry about time for gym.

A really solid piece of home workout equipment. Durable and highly effective for what you’d expect to be honest. I have noticed in increasing the tension that my muscles are tighter and I am getting stronger. Obvs with something like this there will be a limit to the output vs input but until you get to that point, this is a solid tool for entry level workouts.
