This phone is upgrad mobile galaxy m10 to galaxy a17 5g.I recommend this device only for those whose want mid level performance task.Best thing is that updates 6 years is good 👍Battery is can long 1 day full charge and less use morning to evening.Camera is also good.Display is best and touch response is best . Value for money those want mid-level performance task.Sound quality is decent for single speaker I wish samsung provide double speakers atleast.

Good product
Its a good phone. But unfortunately, a lot of new changes are there, which will take time to understand. Type C to Type C cable, so cannot connect to my laptop which has Type A point. Battery life is good as it stayed at 20% for 2 hours. Pictures are taken good as it has 2 options for clicking pictures via rear camera – 12 MP & 50 MP. Sensor works well. Not heating problem faced so far. Most important, it doesnot have any point/plug-in for earphones/headphones. Sometimes it started to hang, but its okay. Overall good.

If I charged after half and hours it drains to 50% and mobile becomes very heat. In old phone, network was very good and now no network is there. Regarding these 3 problems I called the customer care the very next day it was delivered. There it’s service was pathetic. Amazon says to contact Samsung regarding the issues, I called Samsung there they are ready to repair but not replaced it. Again I call Amazon that Samsung will repair but not return then Amazon says to asked for writing that they will not return, and every time I called both and Amazon and Samsung every time I have to explain them from first. Means they sold a mobile after that there responsibility is finished, after selling its customers’ headache. Now the mobile is simply lying in my home and I am using my old phone. The product was delivered on 6th October 2025 and I called them on 7th October 2025, within 1 day I started facing problem. Every time I called Amazon every time they used to say “don’t worry Sir we will help you” what you will help me? The mobile is simply lying on a corner of my house under somewhere maybe table or Almira. It looks like a garbage to me.

Samsung A17-5G mobile is better but not the Best not Best
Samsung A17-5G is overall a good mobile handset for a normal use. However, in this price range of 25k, Samsung should have offered it with stereo speakers, travel adaptor of more than 25 Watt, front camera of minimum 32 mega pixel and mobile cover etc. Its picture quality / clarity even doesn’t match with Samsung A50s handset which I had purchased five years back. The built-in FM radio is missing which can be used during natural calamities to receive government advisories when there is no internet available in remote areas.

phone overall such a complete package for middle range as camera fine quality,battery backup fantastic.its amazing product from samsung,as i am using samsung mobile since 2013.this is my 3rd phone from samsung🤳.I ordered this phone on 6th oct and they delivered on 09th oct after 4 days of order.this is unacceptable in a abu dhabi.worst customer service by amazon when i talk to customer service,didn’t get satisfactory help.could not provide any information regarding my order.amazon should consider about their dealing with customer.
