Worst samsung
Been using Samsung Flip5 for 2 yrs. Before buying, many warned me about hardware malfunctions. Still, I trusted Samsung & even gifted the special edition to my wife.But since this morning, every time I close the Flip, it powers OFF & I’ve to restart again. Pathetic!Is this how you plan to compete with other brands who actually stand by their hardware & repair issues free of cost?

The most premium FE you can buy!
Fantastic phone. Don’t judge it with the price difference with the flip 7. Money saved is money saved. Also the exynos works flawless, no heating issues or lag. PS I’m not a gamer but use it for everything else. Battery isn’t great and I wish there were more colour options available. I got the black 256.Overall quality is phenomenal, brilliant display and using the small screen is plenty of fun. Go for it.

Regret After Buying it
Worst. Made for just money making by customer care and all. My Galaxy flip phone automatically switch off when we close the flip. We have to restart it always. Customer care asking 30000 INR for it by saying Display issue…. Samsung Phones are best except Flip Series. I’ll buy only Samsung but will Never ever go for Flip/Fold Phone..

Fragile and bad quality phone
Purchased it from samsung shop app.Extremely disappointed with this phone. Very fragile. Main screen got damaged within just 2 weeks — no drops, no mishandling, nothing unusual — and still, Samsung refused to cover it under warranty. Was using for call and then put it on charge. After almost 20 mins opened the screen, saw a black spot ans line beside it. Within 2-3 flap actions, whole screen got freeze and black out. Went to service centre and they blamed me for mishandling. Stating it as paper display.For such an expensive phone, this is completely unacceptable. Cant find any particle which might has caused the issue. I trusted the brand, but the quality and after-sales service are just horrible. The customer support was unhelpful and kept blaming me instead of acknowledging the issue. Never expected this from Samsung. Total waste of money and frustration from day one. Definitely not recommending this phone to anyone! It cost me almost 1/4 of phones cost to be repaired for screen. Battery life is very bad. Slow charging comparing to other phone in same range.

Never buy flip phone!!
I want to ensure that whoever buys flip phone, be of any brand, any version is aware of the issue these phones have down the line.1) Display will start showing a line right where it’s flipped. Initial few months you won’t see it, but then it becomes visible and very irritating while you touch the phone. It’s clearly visible and felt by touch.2) The display technology hasn’t matured enough so these display are prone to failure. The display replacement is very costly, almost 50% of the phone price. I have motorola razr 40 ultra and now ut has become totally useless since the main display has gone bad with just one drop. Replacement cost is 39000!!3) If your phone main display is broken, you can’t survive with the smaller display, no control are there. Even to install and app and configure it, it will ask to open main screen. Your phone can’t be reset from secondary display, so all data and everything is lost forever. Connecting with usb to PC also asks to open main display and choose option of file transfer.So, my ultimate advice for everyone is to better choose non flip phones since these phones are practically useless once their screen is gone.
