Infelizmente minha experiência foi péssima. O robô aspirador chegou ontem e, ao tentar usar pela primeira vez, já apresentou erro constante no sensor LiDAR, impedindo qualquer funcionamento.Ao analisar o aparelho, percebi que um dos lados do sensor estava sem a lente, ficando visível um buraco, o que caracteriza defeito de fabricação. Ou seja, o produto chegou com problema e não pude utilizá-lo nenhuma vez.Consegui solicitar a troca, mas fica a decepção total, especialmente por se tratar de um produto novo que não funcionou desde o primeiro uso.
