Help! It didnt fit my vacuum cleaner, even with adapter
The product didnt fit my eureka forbes vacuum cleaner, i tried the adapter also… Is there another way i can exchange and get one that fits my vacuum cleaner size…

A quality product from a professional seller
At the outset I must say that the seller VMTC is a thorough professional. Let me share my experience that will vouch for it. I bought this product after reading the description that it would be compatible with most of the vaccum cleaners, more specifically with the brand I was using. But after I received the product I found that it was not so since the dimension of the main hose as well as this product happened to be same. I was in a dilemma whether to return it or look for a solution from the seller. I chose the second option and was quite delighted when VMTC not only accepted that the description part needed some clarification but also offered the solution that was available with them. Typically vacuum cleaners are equipped with dimensions of either 32mm or 35mm diameter. My vacuum cleaner has 35mm dia and so too are the VMTC products. To make their products compatible with different brands of vacuum cleaners they have an adaptor kit which could be used for transforming 35mm to 32mm and vice versa. This kit costs Rs. 399. However as a professional gesture they had sent me that kit free of cost. Indeed the adaptor kit fits perfectly without any gap as if it’s part of the original. Kudos to the seller and we need more professional sellers like VMTC who are solution-oriented. As a result I not only retained the product I bought but also looked forward to buying more since the products are of good quality.

It doesn’t fit Philips FC9352/01.
Waste of money. This brush attachment does not fit my Philips vacuum cleaner. Seller emailed me and promised to send a free adaptor that will help me fit this brush onto my vacuum cleaner. I am waiting for this adaptor. Will update after I receive it.Update: I recd the adapter and it fits my vac perfectly. VMTC kept its word. Upgraded to 5 Stars.
