I’ve been using this phone for a while and I’m super satisfied overall. The camera quality is top-notch – sharp photos, good details, and works well even in low light. Performance is smooth for daily use and multitasking.Only con: battery drains a bit faster than expected, so you might need to charge it more often if you’re a heavy user.But honestly, in ₹25,000 range this is a solid deal. Definitely worth it if you want a stylish phone with a killer camera.

Very bad product no one is helping to I am completely frustrated purchasing mobile phone from Amazon as not getting any help either from Amazon or manufacturer of Mobile phone i.e. Xiaomi.I ordered a Xiaomi 14 Civi Aqua Blue on 14.07.2025 and got the phone on 15.07.2025. At the time of purchasing, I also purchased installation service and scheduled the installation on 16.07.2025 but no one contacted me and came for installation. Then I cancelled the installation service on 17.07.2025 and opened the packet for self installation. I have installed the mobile but on inserting the sim, I found the sim tray is broken. Then I tried to replace the mobile, an inspection service generated on 17.07.2025 but no one attended. On 19.07.2025 and 20.07.2025, I contacted customer care of Amazon, They told me that mobile phones will be replaced by Xiaomi.The Amazon Customer care advised that they get in writing of denial from Xiaomi in case they refuse to replace. Today, I again make a call to Amazon Customer care but did not receive any satisfactory reply. I visited the Xiaomi authorised service centre. The Service Centre refused to replace the item and was not ready to give anything in writing. Xiaomi Service Centre people are very rude and their replies are very irresponsible.Then I told them to replace the sim card tray. They said it is chargeable and told me that Rs. 1743.00 will be charged. I have no other option but as proof that i visited the Xiaomi authorised centre for replacement orders for the parts for which they have taken my mobile and told to come after 4-5 days. the issue. I received defective product technician assigned but not visiting.Never purchase mobile online

This is the best quality camera smartphone in this price if used in right way. Everything is best , only a small problem I faced is heating issues and battery drain. Storage,sound, durability, display quality and even connectivity.. everything is the best. Heating issue majorly effects in the metal frame of the phone.

Worth buying this phone even 1 year later.Pros:1. Camera is too good in this price range as compared to other smartphones of this range.2. Hyper OS 2.2 performing well3. Screen size is not too big, single hand use possible4. Light weight and touch sensitivity is fast.5. Front camera’s wide angle is helpful.6. Fast chargingCons:1. Battery backup is 12-13 hours if you use the phone whole day for camera etc..2. Overheating during continuous camera usage.
