Poor quality
Not good because its effectiveness is very poor. The quality is not good, and not worth the money. No effect on the legs after exercise because the resistance is not tough so the movement are easy. It is good for small children below twelve years. Was carried away by some reviews.

Just started using this and loving it so far. Better prices on Amazon than other shops you see them at. Can switch the pads to fit better in between your legs and it’s easy to use even for a beginner I feel the resistance was great for me getting back into working out.
