This car air purifier unfortunately did nit work for my Subaru Outback. I mean I couldn’t find a place where it would comfortably fit because of its size. If attached horizontally to the console the sides of it protrude beyond the lid and are on your way all the time. You cannot position it vertically on top of the console because the holding belt is too short. If you position it on the headrest facing the back of the car you cannot easily reach it if needed. On the windshield it obstructs visibility. In other words it’s too big. Also it was a nightmare to attach the holding belt. And the belt doesn’t hold it securely in place. I tried my best, but only got tired and frustrated. The instructions are minimal.There was one positive thing though: it looked beautiful and was packed very well.

I installed two of these air purifiers in my car after the Eaton and Pacific Palisades fires in the Los Angeles area because the freeway I use runs between both areas. The air purifier was selling an an affordable price. I installed two of them in my car instead of installing one at a much higher cost. Only the passage of time will indicate ifmy precaution has paid off in keeping me healthy. At the least I feel less anxious for now as I drive the freeway.

I have this underneath my passenger seat on my 23 Ram 1500. It fits perfectly without affecting seat movement. I love this thing, it is quiet at max speed and cleans the cab air clean. The blue cloth even matches my seat stitching. I am going to buy this air purifier for my other cars.

Not sure how well it actually works but I put this in my car during wildfire season and it’s pretty quiet
