1. Book’s language is lucid, binding and page quality is good.2. Any layman would understand the concepts easily.3. A great book to start when you can’t decide ‘which book to choose?’4. If the author had given more examples it would have been great to understand and remember.

good content, best for a novice, need some more work
the book is excellent as per the content is concerned. it suits a complete novice. however there are number of issues that if worked upon can make it a btter text.1- lack of examples. examples are sparse and dont illuminate much.2- circularity in definitions. for EXAMPLE the definition of SECURITY is quite complicated and itself uses the word “security” to illustrate its meaning. i looked on the internet and it was what i wanted.in fact this book lacks in eefectively defining some essential terms eg what is a finanacial instrument?3- the langugae is not up to the mark and is sometimes confusing.i am complete novice in share dynamics. i found the matter illuminating. yet it can be made better.
