One year warranty is a trap, they don’t give anything.
I have purchased kratos grip x2 holder, after using 6 to 7 days, I found that mobile is falling down from the holder, then I complained to kratos , there customer service response is very poor, they say there is 1 year warranty , but they do give any replacement , they give 1 year warranty for product for just business trick where customers fall in trap and buy the product. It’s my genuine review as I am one of victim here……
