Cheap and very good with upper body splits workouts.Is it sturdy? I am damn 130kg and it held like a rock so yeah it is sturdy as hell and you can adjust the inclines well.

Ok as a workbench but foot holders not flexible
Good as a workbench, but not so for situps – the foot holders are fixed on both levels -it should have flexible height so we can adjust our upper thighs or knees below it.

It’s on a softer side, not as challenging as my earlier one, which obviously broke apart due to tougher resistance it offered.It’s gentle, for beginners. Build quality is good.
