This works 95% of the time! Cleans our big picture window every few months and we enjoy watching it clean it.If the glass is filthy we need to have it clean it a few rounds but it turns out great. So far it hasn’t fallen unless there’s an obstruction on the edge or the trim that it trips on.Cheap option and good tech tbh.

Decent. The self guiding system is not great. Also, be aware that there is NO battery and it needs to be plugged in. It needs to pull the electric wire plus the separate tether chord. That is not easy and limits exterior use or large window use removed from a plug. But, it works reasonably well and I don’t think there is a better product for outside hard to rech windows or high floors.

This product works great. Got this so my wife can also clean the windows when she wants, she is unable to climb ladders and lift heavy items. big item keeping me from giving it 5 stars was the noise level. Very loud vacuum cleaner on the wall. Sounds like having a shop vacuum on for the duration of the cleaning. Depending on how dirty the window is, will dictate how often you need to change the pads. Found that on large windows it will do two windows then the pads need to be changed. Smaller windows need pads changed less frequent. Purchase extra cleaning pads should you have a lot of windows. Next unit I will consider the Noise decibels as one of the criteria.
