Pros. It’s thickness is nice. It is very comfortable. The dimensions are good. Comes with the carry bag. It is Lightweight. It has a very good grip on tiles and marble floor. The maretial does not hurt or irritate the skin. It is eco-friendly.Cons. There was no black outer lining on the mat i received. The handle of the bag was not sturdy and came off easily.

Not a great product, feels more like gym mats, hard and non grippy
Has a more rubbery texture than foam. Thickness is around 5mm only not 6mm as promised. Not suitable for yoga but useful for general exercises in which you don’t have to stand or sit in same position. Cheaper option comes at cheaper quality. Rather opt for AMAZON YOGA MATS 8mm or 10mm, they are very very comfortable, they feel like Paneer.
